Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F.
Finely chop the cilantro and chives, and place in a ready-to-use container.
Add the tomato and Green Picamás hot sauce
Place the skillet at medium heat. Add the butter. When melted, add the chives and cilantro. Cook for 2 minutes until slightly soft, then add the tomato mixture and Green Picamás hot sauce.
Make 3 small holes in the mixture around the pan evenly spaced, crack the eggs into these holes.
Chop the feta cheese and place it in the oven for 15 minutes until the eggs are cooked, the yolk should still be runny in the middle.
Serve next to the 2 flour tortillas.
To serve, have more Green Picamás hot sauce on hand to add the extra touch.
