On a frying pan over medium heat, place the sausage and the oil, cook until it is fried and toasted.
Add the tomato and continue cooking for 1 more minute, turn off the stove and place in a container.
Add the diced white onion and the chopped cilantro, add salt, lemon juice and the Picamás sauce to your liking.
In a skillet add 2 Tbsp. of vegetable oil, place the corn tortillas 2 by 2 so that they become flexible.
To form the Tacos:
On 4 plates place 2 tortillas on top of each other on each plate and distribute the cooked sausage on the tortillas, fold them and serve them with more Picamás Cobanero hot sauce.
