how spicy is it?
INGREDIENTS
1 liter of water
3/4 cup of chopped onions
4 teaspoons of tomato sauce
6 teaspoons of vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of Habanero Picamás hot sauce
6 teaspoons of chicken broth powder
1 teaspoon of salt
½ cup of mint leaves chopped
1 cup of shredded chicken
4 teaspoons of cream
2 avocados
8 Corn tortillas cut in squares and fried
PREPARATION
Wash and disinfect the vegetables.
Finely chop the white onions and the mint leaves.
Place in the cooking pot on low heat the tomato sauce, the vegetable oil and the onions. Fry for 5 minutes until the oil separates from the sauce.
Add the water, Habanero Picamás hot sauce, salt and mint leaves. Cook at medium heat until it dissolves and boil for 3 minutes.
To serve:
Place in a soup bowl and decorate with the fried tortillas, lemon juice, avocado, cream and more Picamás to your liking.
